  • Maintaining a healthy diet can help a lot to maintain your dental health. Celeries and apples are very good for dental health as they clean between your teeth after eating. Cheese, yogurts and other dairy products contain calcium to strengthen your teeth. Milk, water and unsweetened tea are the best drinks for better dental health.
  • Keeping your teeth clean is also very important. Besides the expensive whitening products, you can eat some veggies to whiten your teeth. Carrots, broccoli and cauliflower are excellent teeth whitening veggies. Strawberries and oranges polish the surface of your teeth.
  • Don’t drink acidic drinks like lemonades. They harm your teeth. Also avoid soft drinks, wines and sweetened teeth to for better teeth. But if you must drink those, make sure you use a straw.
  • Make sure you visit your dentist at least once every 6 months. You know, nothing beats the professionals.
